Community
Your Daily Pour grows through its community. Submit a café through the app — include the beans, milk brands, brew styles, and hours — and we'll review and approve it, usually within 24 hours.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase complies with international data protection standards. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Location is only accessed when you use the Nearby feature. We do not track or store your location history. You can deny location permission at any time in your device settings — the app will still work, but the Nearby feature will be unavailable.
Photos you upload are stored securely on Google Firebase Storage. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to share it.
Reviews, ratings, and café information you submit may be visible to all users of the app. Do not post content you do not want to be publicly visible.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at yourdailypour2026@gmail.com
Your Daily Pour is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

By downloading or using Your Daily Pour ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access other users' accounts, post spam or promotional content, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or create fake cafés or reviews.
The Your Daily Pour name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. User-submitted content remains owned by the user who submitted it.
The app is provided "as is". Café information is submitted by users and while we review submissions, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all details including opening hours, menu items, or facilities.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Your Daily Pour is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on content within it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
